The Process

Our beef jerky is a labor of love. We start by selecting the leanest cuts of premium USDA inspected beef. Each roast is then hand sliced, trimmed of excess fat and marinated for 24 hours to ensure a balance between tenderness and rich taste. The marinated beef strips are then carefully laid out on trays, and the dehydration process begins. We dehydrate our jerky at 160-170 degrees for 3-5 hours depending on the flavor. Our secret is low and slow during the dehydrating process. Once the jerky is done, it is removed from the dehydrators and placed in bins where it comes to room temperature before being packaged. We take pride in our small-batch production and carefully package each bag in-house. You can taste the difference!
